Travyy verbindet erwachsene Reisende über Aktivitäten, Reisen, Profile und Chats. Vor der Nutzung musst du den Nutzungsbedingungen und Community-Regeln ausdrücklich zustimmen. Anstößige Inhalte und Missbrauch sind verboten.

Optionale Premium-Abos werden über Apple beziehungsweise Google abgeschlossen. Preis, Laufzeit und Verlängerung werden vor dem Kauf angezeigt; Käufe können in der App wiederhergestellt werden. Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgen beim jeweiligen Store. Kontolöschung ersetzt keine Abo-Kündigung. Die vollständigen bestehenden Vertragsbedingungen folgen auf Englisch.

Welcome to Travyy.

These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Travyy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the „Services“). By creating an account, accessing, or using Travyy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. About Travyy

Travyy is a social travel platform that helps travelers connect with other travelers, create activities, join events, communicate through chats, and discover new experiences around the world.

Travyy is designed for social networking and travel companionship. It is not intended to be used as a dating platform, escort service, or for any illegal activities.

2. Eligibility

To use Travyy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not be prohibited from using online services under applicable law.

Travyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Keep your profile updated.

• Use only one personal account.

• Protect your login information.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person.

• Create fake profiles.

• Use another person’s account.

• Sell or transfer your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to treat all users respectfully.

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment

• Threats

• Bullying

• Hate speech

• Discrimination

• Spam

• Fraud

• Illegal activities

• Sexual solicitation

• Sharing misleading information

Travyy may remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

5. Activities and Events

Users may create and join public or private activities.

Travyy acts solely as a platform provider and is not responsible for:

• User-organized events

• User behavior

• Attendance

• Safety during meetings

• Accuracy of event descriptions

Participation in activities is entirely at your own risk.

6. Messaging and Communication

Travyy provides chat and communication features.

Users must not:

• Send spam messages

• Harass other users

• Share illegal content

• Request sensitive personal information

• Use automated messaging systems

Travyy reserves the right to review reported content and enforce community standards.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload.

By posting content on Travyy, you grant Travyy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host

• Display

• Store

• Reproduce

• Distribute

your content solely for operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

8. Location Services

Certain features require location access.

By enabling location services, you consent to Travyy processing location information for:

• Traveler discovery

• Nearby activities

• Map features

• Matching functionality

You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.

9. Premium Services

Travyy may offer premium subscriptions and paid features.

Subscription details, pricing, and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date; the store purchase sheet states the applicable billing conditions and total price. Payment is charged by the selected store. Restore Purchases is available in the Premium plan screen.

Users may manage subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS application license where no separate custom EULA is specified. These service and community terms supplement that license and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.

10. Refund Policy

Where required by applicable law, users may be entitled to refunds.

For users located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Safety

Travyy encourages safe interactions both online and offline.

Users should:

13. Intellectual Property

All Travyy trademarks, logos, branding, software, and platform content are owned by Travyy or its licensors.

Users may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Reverse engineer

• Modify

• Distribute

any part of the Services without prior written consent.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

Travyy may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Violate Community Guidelines

• Engage in fraudulent behavior

• Threaten platform safety

Users may initiate deletion at any time in the app, including during setup and before accepting community terms. See account deletion instructions and retention details. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a subscription with Apple or Google.

15. Disclaimer

Travyy is provided on an „AS IS“ and „AS AVAILABLE“ basis.

Travyy makes no guarantees regarding:

• User conduct

• Availability of the Services

• Accuracy of content

• Compatibility between users

Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travyy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Data loss

• Personal disputes between users

Travyy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Travyy during the previous twelve months.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wiesbaden, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

18. Community Guidelines

All users must comply with the Travyy Community Guidelines:

Violations may result in account restrictions or permanent removal from the platform.

19. Changes to These Terms

Travyy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Automated image safety and explicit consent

Before using the community, you must explicitly accept the terms and confirm you are at least 18. The app also explains that uploaded images are transferred to Google Cloud Vision for safety checking, with global processing, and asks for your permission. The optional blue-badge face check has a separate consent step covering Google Cloud Vision and Vertex AI. See the privacy policy for data, purpose, recipients and retention. You can decline and sign out or delete your account.
