Verbindliche Regeln für die Community
Travyy ist ausschließlich für Erwachsene ab 18 Jahren. Für anstößige Inhalte und missbräuchliches Verhalten gilt Null Toleranz: insbesondere Pornografie, sexuelle Ausbeutung, Hassrede, Diskriminierung, Belästigung, Drohungen, Betrug und rechtswidrige Inhalte sind verboten. Die Regeln gelten auch für private Nachrichten.
Inhalte können vor Veröffentlichung zurückgewiesen werden. Bestätigte Verstöße führen zur Entfernung und zu Maßnahmen bis zum dauerhaften Ausschluss. Melde Vorfälle über „…“ → „Melden“. Blockieren blendet Inhalte der Person unmittelbar für dich aus und informiert die Moderation. Meldungen werden innerhalb von 24 Stunden geprüft.
Vor der Nutzung musst du den Bedingungen ausdrücklich zustimmen und dein Mindestalter bestätigen. Die App informiert dabei über die Übermittlung hochgeladener Bilder an Google Cloud Vision zur Sicherheitsprüfung und holt deine Erlaubnis ein. Du kannst stattdessen ablehnen, dich abmelden oder dein Konto löschen. Details: Datenschutz.

Our mission is to create meaningful connections between travelers while maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone. By using Travyy, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, which form part of our Terms of Service.
Travyy is committed to fostering a positive community experience. We continuously improve our safety measures and moderation systems to help protect our users.
If we determine that you have violated these Community Guidelines, we may remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend your account, or permanently remove your access to Travyy, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
Community Standards
Travyy Is Not a Dating App
Travyy is designed to help travelers connect through shared activities, experiences, events, and travel plans.
Travyy is not intended to be used as:
A dating app
A hookup platform
A sexual networking service
An escort service
Inappropriate sexual behavior, sexual solicitation, harassment, or misuse of messaging features may result in account restrictions or permanent removal.
Respect Everyone
Treat all users with kindness and respect.
The following behavior is prohibited:

No Hate Speech
Travyy does not tolerate hate speech or discriminatory behavior based on:
Race
Ethnicity
Nationality
Religion

Any other protected characteristic
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or exclusion will be removed immediately.
Be Authentic
Be yourself.
You may not:
Create fake profiles
Impersonate another person
Use stolen photos
Misrepresent your age

Appropriate Content
Keep Travyy safe and welcoming.
Do not upload, send, or share:
Nudity
Pornographic content
Sexually explicit material
Graphic violence
Offensive content
Disturbing imagery
Unsolicited sexual messages or explicit images are strictly prohibited.

The following activities are not allowed on Travyy or at any real-world activities organized through the platform.
Violence and Threats

Promote violence
Encourage harm
Stalk users
Engage in physical intimidation
Sexual Content and Solicitation
Users may not:
Offer sexual services
Request sexual services
Promote pornography
Organize sex-related activities
Share explicit sexual content
Minors
Travyy is strictly for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Travyy.
You may not:
Create an account for a minor
Share information about minors
Arrange meetings involving minors
Upload photos of minors
Illegal Activities
Do not use Travyy for:
Drug sales
Illegal transactions
Human trafficking
Fraud
Money laundering
Criminal activities
Any illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Fraud and Scams
Users may not:
Request money from strangers
Run investment schemes
Conduct financial scams
Mislead users for personal gain
Solicit donations
Commercial Promotion
Travyy is not a marketplace.
Do not:
Advertise products
Promote businesses
Send unsolicited promotions
Conduct sales campaigns
Recruit users for unrelated services
without prior written authorization from Travyy.
Spam
Do not:
Send mass messages
Send repetitive messages
Post misleading links
Create duplicate accounts
Use automated messaging tools
Platform Manipulation
Users may not:
Use bots
Scrape data
Reverse engineer the platform
Circumvent bans
Create replacement accounts after suspension
Manipulate rankings or visibility
Profile Rules
Your profile must:
Use your real identity or commonly used nickname
Contain your own photos
Accurately represent you
Do not include:
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Financial information
Bank details
Home addresses
External payment links
Messaging Rules
When communicating with other travelers:
Be respectful
Stay relevant
Avoid harassment
Respect boundaries
Do not pressure users into meeting
Travyy may review reported or flagged content to ensure community safety.
Activities and Meetups
Travyy enables users to organize and join activities.
Users should:
Meet in public places
Inform friends or family of plans
Verify details independently
Follow local laws
Activity creators must:
Provide accurate information
Clearly communicate meeting details
Update participants regarding changes
Repeated no-shows, abuse of activities, or misleading event descriptions may result in account restrictions.

Blocking Users
You may block any user at any time.
Blocked users will no longer be able to:
Contact you
View your profile
Interact with your activities
Blocking hides that account and its content from your feed immediately and prevents further direct contact. A private notice is also sent to the Travyy moderation team. A block is not proof of a violation and does not automatically ban the other account. Use Report to add the specific reason and affected content.
Reporting Users
If you encounter:
Harassment
Fake profiles
Scams
Inappropriate content
Safety concerns
please report the user through the Travyy app.
Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and removes confirmed prohibited content. Measures against abusive accounts include suspension and permanent exclusion. You can contact info@travyy.de about a decision or an urgent safety concern.
If there is an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.

Automated image safety and explicit consent
Before using the community, you must explicitly accept the terms and confirm you are at least 18. The app also explains that uploaded images are transferred to Google Cloud Vision for safety checking, with global processing, and asks for your permission. The optional blue-badge face check has a separate consent step covering Google Cloud Vision and Vertex AI. See the privacy policy for data, purpose, recipients and retention. You can decline and sign out or delete your account.
